Shipping and Returns


All orders purchased online from Coco Shoes Store will be shipped via Aus Post. Online orders are processed between Monday-Friday within 48 hours of being placed.

Please note: If your order is being placed on a weekend or public holiday it will be dispatched the following working day. All shipping is sent express and costs $20 Australia wide.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will not be deducted from your refund unless the goods are faulty.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

In-store Policy:

Please choose carefully as we do not exchange or refund on sale items except where required by law. If non sale goods are returned within 7 days of purchasing with the receipt they may be exchanged or a credit note may be issued. No returns or exhanges on layby.

Return policy for online purchases:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and:
Items should be returned new, unused, and with all tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted.
All shoes must be tried on a carpeted surface until you are certain you are keeping them. Shoes should be returned unmarked and in their original, undamaged shoe box as this is considered part of the product.
Shoes that are returned without a box, in a damaged box or with marked soles may not be accepted, and may be sent back to the customer. You will receive a full refund less the $20 forward postage fee.

Faulty Goods

Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
You will receive a full refund if the item cannot be repaired or replaced.

Sale Items

No refund on sale items except where required by law if the item is faulty or damaged upon arrival. In such cases, customers may request a replacement, store credit, or a full refund, depending on their preference.
