All orders purchased online from Coco Shoes Store will be shipped via Aus Post.
Online orders are processed between Monday-Friday within 48 hours of being placed.

Please note: If your order is being placed on a weekend or public holiday it will be dispatched the following working day. All shipping is sent express and costs $20 Australia wide.

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a tracking number and shipment notification. All Australia wide orders can be tracked through the link below: https://auspost.com.au/mypost/track/#/search

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are eligible for a refund or exchangethe cost of return shipping will not be deducted from your refund unless the goods are faulty.



You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
